Inside the Bootcamp: The Founder's Arc
Day 1 — Ignite
Mindset reset. Teams form around real problems, not pre-packaged ideas. Participants are pushed out of the building to talk to actual users before they're allowed to build anything.
Day 2 — Validate
Customer discovery, problem-solution fit, and the brutal, necessary art of killing ideas that don't hold up — replaced by a live business model canvas that does.
Day 3 — Build
Rapid prototyping and go-to-market thinking. Teams design their minimum viable offer and figure out how it actually reaches a paying customer.
Day 4 — Pitch & Reflect
Teams pitch to a panel of investors, mentors, and entrepreneurs for real feedback — followed by a facilitated reflection on what participants learned about themselves as builders, not just about business.
The exact format (single-day sprint, multi-day residential, or a semester-long structured track) is customized to each institution's calendar and depth of ambition.
Built On a Proven Facilitation Methodology
EBC is designed and led by Udayan Bakshi, an entrepreneur, psychotherapist, and transformation facilitator with 18+ years of experience spanning applied psychology, NLP, and organizational transformation. FoundersValley has delivered entrepreneurship programming across 55+ institutions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, partnering with incubation centers, universities, and pro-VC offices to build genuine entrepreneurial capability — not just awareness.
Every exercise in EBC is grounded in a facilitation philosophy that treats entrepreneurship as an identity shift, not just a skill set — because the biggest barrier most first-time founders face isn't a lack of information. It's a lack of belief that they're allowed to try.
Flexible Formats for Every Institution
• 1-Day Sprint — A high-energy taster that introduces the full founder arc in a single, unforgettable day.
• 3–4 Day Immersive Bootcamp — The complete experience: ideation to pitch, with mentor panels and real feedback.
• Semester-Long Track — EBC as a structured, credit-eligible entrepreneurship course with milestone-based delivery.
• Corporate Intrapreneurship Edition — The same arc, reframed for internal innovation teams and new product incubation.
Bring EBC to Your Campus or Team
If your institution is ready to move beyond theory and give your students or team a real, felt experience of what it takes to build something from nothing, EBC is ready to design a cohort around you.

You don't need another lecture on entrepreneurship. You need a room, a team, a deadline, and a reason to build something real. EBC is a high-intensity, immersive bootcamp that takes students and early founders from “I have an idea” to “I have a validated business model, a pitch, and the confidence to raise it” — in days, not semesters.
Why EBC Exists
Most entrepreneurship programs teach ABOUT business. EBC makes you DO business — under pressure, in a team, with real feedback, in real time. It is built on one simple belief: entrepreneurial capability isn't transferred through slides. It's forged through action, failure, iteration, and reflection.
EBC compresses the emotional and strategic arc of the first year of a startup — the spark, the doubt, the pivot, the breakthrough — into an intensive, facilitator-led sprint that leaves participants permanently changed in how they see problems and their own capability to solve them.
Who EBC Is For
• Students at colleges, universities, and B-schools who want more than a certificate — they want proof they can build.
• Early-stage founders who have an idea but haven't pressure-tested it against real customers or a real market.
• Institutions and TBIs/incubation cells looking for a flagship, high-energy entrepreneurship program to anchor their innovation calendar.
• Corporate innovation and intrapreneurship teams who want their people to think and move like founders.
What You'll Walk Away With
• A validated problem statement — tested against real users, not assumptions.
• A working business model canvas and a defensible value proposition.
• A minimum viable pitch, rehearsed and stress-tested in front of a live panel.
• First-hand experience with the emotional rollercoaster of building — and the tools to navigate it.
• A peer network and mentor connections that outlast the bootcamp itself.

In the first week, the participants are taken through Ideation and Design thinking workshop for a detailed understanding of how to conceptualize product ideas, survey with target user group to validate their ideas.
The whole group can be divided into two multiple emerging technology tracks like Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain and Cybersecurity depending on the number of participants. The participants will be given hands technology workshop on the chosen technologies. The participants shall be supported to build their prototypes under the supervision and mentoring of Industry mentors.
The final prototypes are then showcased to a very distinguished jury comprising industry mentors and academicians.
Product-School is a programme aimed at Product Engineering, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The whole programme has been conceptualized with an aim to encourage the spirit of building innovative solutions. Product-School framework covers the entire life cycle of product development from Ideation to Design Thinking to Prototype development. Interaction and validation by domain experts and Industry mentors is an integral feature of the programme.
The top teams will be selected for Incubation by the Innovator Square Incubator and supported all the way to build products and get support for funding.

Typically, the 'Product School' program consists of 120 hours of in-depth theory and hands-on practice. This foundational phase is followed by an additional 120 hours dedicated to product development. In this stage, participants work on transforming an industry-provided problem statement into a viable product. The process involves rigorous solution development, where the idea is not only conceptualized but also brought to a level of tangible product readiness. The final product is then validated through direct engagement with industry experts, ensuring that the solution aligns with real-world market demands and standards.
